By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the standards, responsibilities, and expectations of both EcoNclean and our customers.
1. General Information
EcoNclean provides eco-friendly laundry, footwear, and household textile services. These terms apply to all orders placed in-store, online, or via collection and delivery.
2. Orders & Payments
- ✔ All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- ✔ Payment is due at the time of order unless a business account has been agreed in writing.
- ✔ We reserve the right to withhold items until payment is received in full.
3. Collection & Delivery
Our collection and delivery service is free within our operating area (Warwick & Leamington Spa). Customers are responsible for being available at the agreed times. Missed appointments may incur rescheduling fees.
4. Care of Garments
- ✔ Items are cleaned according to care labels and fabric requirements.
- ✔ We are not responsible for inherent weaknesses, defects, or wear in fabrics.
- ✔ Stain removal cannot be guaranteed but will always be attempted safely.
5. Liability
While every effort is made to care for your garments, EcoNclean’s liability is limited to the replacement value of the item, subject to fair wear and tear. Items deemed irreplaceable or sentimental are submitted at the customer’s own risk.
6. Express & Special Requests
Express services and preferential cleaning are available at additional cost. Timelines will be confirmed when placing your order.
7. Amendments
EcoNclean reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
