End-of-Month Balance & Extra Weight

To keep your billing predictable, we track your total monthly usage through our app.

The "Top-Up" Rate: If you exceed your monthly total allowance (for example, due to a heavy week or returning from holiday), any additional weight is simply billed at your discounted subscription rate of £2.50 per kg.

Billing Example: If you are on the "Essential Care" plan (36kg) and use 38kg total for the month, the extra 2kg will be settled as a small additional charge of £5.00 at the end of the month.

Important: Service Scope

Our subscription plans are designed for everyday wearable laundry (Wash, Dry & Fold) to ensure the fastest turnaround.

Included: T-shirts, trousers, jeans, hoodies, pijamas, baby clothes, towels, and standard bed linens (sheets and pillowcases).

Excluded: Large household items like Duvets, Pillows, Heavy Blankets, Rugs, or Curtains.

Note: These require specialized industrial cycles. Subscribers receive a discounted "Member’s Only" price if they wish to add these items to a weekly pickup.

By choosing a subscription, you lock in a rate of £2.50 per kg—a significant saving over the standard Pay-As-You-Go market rate of £4.00+.
