Terms & Conditions

By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the standards, responsibilities, and expectations of both EcoNClean and our customers.

1. General Information

EcoNClean provides eco-friendly laundry, footwear, and household textile services. These terms apply to all orders placed in-store, online, or via our collection and delivery service. By placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is due upon delivery of cleaned items unless a business account has been agreed in writing
  • We reserve the right to withhold items until payment is received in full
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed prices will be honored for accepted orders

3. Collection & Delivery

Our collection and delivery service is free within our operating area (Leamington Spa & Warwick).

Customer Responsibility

Customers must be available at agreed collection and delivery times

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments may incur rescheduling fees

Service Areas

Deliveries outside our standard area may incur additional charges

4. Care of Garments

  • Items are cleaned according to manufacturer care labels and fabric requirements
  • We are not responsible for inherent weaknesses, defects, or natural wear and tear in fabrics
  • Stain removal cannot be guaranteed but will always be attempted using safe, eco-friendly methods
  • Items should be checked upon receipt; claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

5. Liability & Compensation

While every effort is made to care for your garments, EcoNClean's liability is limited to the lesser of:

  • The replacement value of the item (subject to fair wear and tear)
  • 10 times the cleaning charge for the affected item

⚠️ Important: Items deemed irreplaceable, of high sentimental value, or extremely valuable should be declared at the time of order. Such items are submitted at the customer's own risk.

6. Lost or Uncollected Items

Uncollected Items

Items not collected within 90 days may be donated to charity or disposed of at our discretion

Storage Fees

A reasonable storage fee may be charged for items held beyond 30 days

7. Express & Special Requests

Express services and special treatment requests are available at additional cost. Turnaround timelines will be confirmed when placing your order. We make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Customer Obligations

  • Check all pockets before submitting items for cleaning
  • Point out any stains or damage at the time of collection
  • Inform us of any special care requirements or valuable items

9. Changes to Terms

EcoNClean reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The latest version will always be published at www.EcoNClean.co.uk/terms.html. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
